What programming languages and technology does Mithun Raj use?
PHP and MySQL, mainly — that’s what CLYNj’s billing and ERP system is built on. I wrote it myself and have kept extending it, feature by feature, directly on the live production system rather than as a separate side project. It started as a straightforward invoicing tool and has grown into something closer to a full ERP: role-based dashboards for admins, managers, and billing staff, GST-compliant invoicing across CGST, SGST, and IGST, financial reporting with exportable charts, cost and profit tracking, inventory management, and a business intelligence layer on top. What business and operational skills has Mithun Raj built?
Branding, product design, and day-to-day operations — across all five brands in the ecosystem, not delegated out. I stay close to the operational complexity that a brand like CLYNj actually carries: vendor management, multi-store and multi-staff operations, and inventory that has to track accurately through all of it. What role does design play in Mithun Raj’s work?
Product design is part of the day-to-day work across the ecosystem’s brands, alongside branding and software. I don’t have a separate design credential to point to — what I have is the actual product decisions behind things like RAjHOME’s positioning and CLYNj’s dashboards, which is where that skill actually shows up.
Does Mithun Raj use AI tools in his work?
AI-powered tools are part of what gets built inside RAj Ecosystem, alongside branding, software, and consumer commerce work. The deepest, most specific technical work I can point to right now is still CLYNj’s billing and ERP system — I’d rather say that plainly than overstate how central AI tooling is to the current work.
How does Mithun Raj think about learning new skills?
The same way I approached NEET preparation: methodically, without shortcuts, and without waiting to feel ready. Almost everything I’ve learned for RAj Ecosystem — branding, product, operations, the PHP and MySQL behind CLYNj’s ERP — was learned on the job, with no fixed syllabus and no single right answer, which is a different kind of learning than five years of studying toward a fixed exam.
